DEPARTMENT OF ORAL MEDICINE AND RADIOLOGY
PROGRAM REPORT
We from the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology participated in “National IAOMR UG Conference 2025” at Sri Ramakrishna Dental College and Hospital, Coimbatore on 23rd April, 2025. Under the guidance of our Head of the Department Prof. Dr Chandrakala.S.A, a total of 60 students including final year students and interns actively participated in various scientific events such as Paper presentation, Poster presentation and Quiz competition.
Among the students Ms. Monisha, Ms. Poojitha, Ms. Reshma from interns got 1st place in quiz competition. Ms.Richin Grace and Dhanishtha from final years got 2nd place in paper presentation. For poster presentation Ms. Sandhiya, Ms. Sriha got 1st place, Ms. Senthamil selvi, Ms. Sameena got 2nd place, Mr. Palani kumar, Ms. Parvathi got 2nd place, Ms. Ashwini, Ms. Nijavardhini got 2nd place, Ms.Ramseena, Ms. Sowmiya got 3rd place from interns and Ms. Joshua, Ms. Stella got 3rd place from final year.
Dr Chandrakala.S.A,Professor & Head, Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, and Dr Lakshminrusimhan D K S, Reader, Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology presided as chair persons over the scientific sessions. We thank our beloved Chairman Kalvithandhai Dr K V Kupusamy Ayya and our Principal cum Director Prof. Dr V K Vijay for encouraging the students to participate and experience this national level event.
