Peripheral Satellite Center-I Sulur

With the blessings of our beloved Chairman Dr.Thiru.K.V.Kupusamy, RVS Dental college and hospital is successfully running the first peripheral satellite centre under the able guidance of Principal, Dr.Mohan Gundappa and Vice-principal Dr.Ranjana Mohan.

Sulur satellite center is 3 km away from RVS Dental College, situated near the town of Sulur on Trichy Road (Coimbatore-Nagapattinam highway). There are more than 40 villages in and around the satellite center and the center has a well qualified dentist posted there and provides high quality dental treatment. The timings of the satellite center are from 9am to 2pm. All kind of dental treatment is done in the satellite center and the charges are nominal.

The satellite center is dedicated to provide oral health care solutions specifically for the people at the lower end of socio economic strata. The centres also work to widen the clinical opportunities and broaden the perspective for students pursuing dentistry. Through tailor made educational awareness programmes, this center inculcate sound oral health care and practises among the rural population.

The treatments and services given in the centres are not only of the highest quality standards but are also cost effective when compared to private clinics. Moreover, in case of any advanced dental treatment, transport is provided to and fro on a regular basis for the patients to RVS Dental college and hospital.

The satellite centre would be functioning along with the satellite centre of RVS siddha and homeopathy medical college.

Peripheral Satellite Centre-II Pappampatti

With the blessing of our beloved chairman Dr.K.V.Kupusamy, RVS Dental college and hospital has inaugurated a new rural peripheral satellite center in Pappampatti.

This is our second satellite center apart from another satellite center which is located at sulur. There are more than 25 villages in and around the satellite center.

Pappampatti Satellite center is situated 11 km away from RVS Dental College, situated in Pappampatti, a village panchayat. A dentist and CRI students are posted in the satellite centers to treat a variety of cases.

The said satellite clinic No 2 was inaugurated by the executive director of RVS trust Mr.Srivatsan accompanied by our respected principal Mr. Mohan gundappa and our honourable vice principal Dr.Ranjana mohan madam.

It has a well equipped dental clinic which provides all the dental treatment procedures carried out at this center for the general public with satisfied rates. The timings of the satellite centers are 9am to 2pm. Patients were encouraged to adopt sound oral health practises.

Incase of any advanced dental treatment, transport is provided to and fro on a regular basis for the patients to RVS Dental college and hospital.
